1. Service Fees
All service fees paid to Documents for Visa are for processing and consultancy purposes. Once a visa application or document processing has begun, the service fee is non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may only be issued if:
- The service was not initiated by our team.
- The client made a duplicate payment by mistake.
- The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before document processing begins.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- If the application has been submitted to the embassy or relevant authority.
- If incorrect or incomplete information/documents were provided by the client.
- If the visa is refused by the embassy (as we only assist with documentation).
4. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
