• The cancellation request is received within 30 minutes of order placement
• We have not yet begun processing your order
• No work has been completed on your behalf

After 30 minutes or once processing begins, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

2. Revision Policy (Not Refund)

We offer free revisions within 24 hours of document delivery for corrections only:

• Typographical errors made by us
• Formatting issues that don't meet requirements
• Missing information that was in your original request

Revisions do not constitute refunds. No monetary compensation will be provided.
